What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Graduate Program Coordinator within the Department of Computer Science at the School of Engineering and Computer Science.

A Bachelor's Degree and two years of relevant work experience is required. A Master's Degree and three years of relevant work experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of one another.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

Manage and advise students on courses, registration, deadlines, and progress towards graduation
Maintain student files and records; ensure confidentiality of information
Manage graduate student payroll and assistantship needs; Provide administrative support for grants that support graduate students
Enter petitions for students
Plan and provide support for activities related to graduate programs, student success and retention, including new student orientation, and manage student resources
Provide faculty and adjunct support and assist with class scheduling, meetings, and meeting minutes
Manage curriculum, audit, and catalog updates in partnership with department faculty
Interface and collaborate with Baylor's graduate school and other campus partners
Manage prospective student communication and events and respond to all queries
Coordinate recruitment activities for prospective students
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
